Bday party and Christmas fun

We had a bday party for Josh and Candice's foster baby, she's 1!!!  I wish I could post pics of her on here, she is adorable!  Candice made this adorable Minnie cake.
Here are the snowflakes Burke and the kids made last Christmas, we hung them up everywhere, I loved our little winter wonderland.
Oh, I had to put this on here, it's a note Katelin wrote a while back, I just love it.  It says:  I love my mom she is nice!  I love my dad he is strong."  CUTE!  hahaha.
I felt bad for poor little minnie being smacked with a bat for candy!  Ahhhhh!
Kaleb got to finish off the head.

Afterwatds Cal and Josh played hockey with the leftover pinata pieces.
We were going to open M's presents, Elena just heard "open presents" so she ran in and found the present Kaiya got her for Christmas, that was under the tree, and opened it!  HHHHHhahahaha, it was funny.  She LOVEd her new tutu, wand and wings though and wore them around for the day.  Too cute.
Katelin had the oats and glitter from her teacher to help Santa see our home easier with the glitter shimmering in the dark night and the oats for the reindeer to smell and eat!  They were so cute getting Elena all excited about this and sprinkling it all over the lawn.

We had so much fun staying up late after the kids were in bed, wrapping presents so they were ready for the next day to put out for Christmas Eve.  It felt good to have that done.

Christmas fun - hanging out at the HS

We got all of the kids some sort of flying thing this year for Christmas.  We went to the HS daily to fly them or play ball, ride scooters or exercise.  It was nice to have a place to go run around since it was cold outside.  It was cool watching all of these flying things everywhere, Burke even got a helicopter, so everyone was happy.  :)

These guys were cracking me up in the weight room, a bunch of sillies!

We loved Chalei's way of working out, hahaha - so comfy!
Katelin was in Heaven having Grandma play v-ball with her.
Who has hair this long when you are THREE!!!!!!!!!??!!!  Only Elena.  Such a cutie!
We did go down under the road by the museum to throw rocks onto the ice and hang out for a bit.  That was fun and cold!

Korry and Taffee's family came and hung out for a bit and took a pic of all of us together!  I didn't get a pic of them!  Hahaha, they know we still love 'em!  :)

Birthday's and fun in Salt Lake

We headed to Salt Lake the evening before my mom's birthday, the 27th.  We like to decorate for her if we are going to be there.  She seems to love it!  Burke and Kaleb did it this time since it was late and the girls and I were overly tired and they are party animals that can stay up late!  Burke had the crate paper stuff string all the way through the hall to my moms room.  Hahaha, it was great!
We headed to IHOP for our usual celebration with Sophie and Kaiya, and Kate came along because she was wanting to get her ears pierced along with them.  These pics are all out of order, but enjoy anyway!  After birthday fun we headed to see the lights with Tiff and her girls; stopped by dads office to say hi and also saw Burke's dad in his office right in Temple Square also.  It was a really great day.

Christmas fun

We received this beautiful picture from a secret Santa.  We are so blessed.  I love looking at it daily.
We hung it above our bed, it is just beautiful.
One day I heard the kids laughing and talking and decided to go see what they were doing.  I found them like this hanging out together looking at pjictures and videos on Kaiya's camera.  How CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We did LOTS of baking for friends around town.

And then set them up and off we went to deliver.  Its really a fun tradition....especially since the kids do all the running while we drive them to each home.  :)
Cute kids on the Sunday before Christmas.  They gave me a nice smile first so they could do a crazy one next...
 nice.
It was a nice Sunday, the kids sang a couple songs with the Primary.  Kaleb's last time doing that with the Primary, he's kind of excited about that.  :)
