Sunday evening visit to the Geyser

Pretty Kaiya, she sure is growing up.

Kaleb showing me some of his cool rocks he found.
The flip flops were abandoned so they could run around free.
Cute Kate face, she is so much fun.

Burke and I used my reflector to make some cool shadows.  Here we are with one head - HA!

Kaleb and Kaiya had flip flop races.  They would put one on the water and then chase it down.  So cute.

He was being funny and posing for me - hahaha!

Bike ride with the fam

This first pic, the lighting was just pretty...so there ya go!  :)
We rode bikes and took a break under the overpass.  It was fun to climb up and balance there and try not to fall down it.  And we did it!!!  :)

Too scary to do that trick standing, so she tried it sitting, much better.
 Mr. Spider Man.
Burke took this flat so it looks like we're just laying down.  Our feet have to hold us up, it's pretty hard actually.
 One...
 two...
and there's three kiddos with silly faces.  Love them all!

RAW Bunko dinner

It was my turn to host Bunko at my house this month.  I did a full raw dinner and dessert.  I was super excited to share it with everyone, but then right before they all came I got SO nervous!  I was worried they might not like it, but they DID!  They cleared their plates, I was so happy.  It was really fun to share this with everyone.  :)  And for prizes I had things that had to do with fruits and veggies, either to display them out on their counter top or there were knives and salad dressing misters.  I was happy how it turned out.  That was fun.

Collard wraps with turmeric sauce and raw tacos.  With RAW strawberries, HahahaHA!!!

Raw blueberry cobbler and Raw brownies.  Mmmmmm.

US

I sure love this guy!!!  :)  He had the idea to pack up a lunch and put it in the car before we left for church and then go on a picnic right after.  I loved it.  What a relaxing day.  Kaiya took our picture for us and then my battery ran out.  Perfect.  Hahaha!

Happy 4th!!!

SO these are the ONLY two pictures I took on the Fourth of July!!!  Hahahaha!!  What happened???  I don't know.  I made cute skirts for the girls, we were all red white and blued in our clothes.  In the evening we went to the City Park and ate with the town - well whoever wanted to come from the town that is.  Then afterwards we went near the gun range and hung out with Annie, Dale and their kiddos and watched the awesome moon rising up (first pic) AND the fireworks (second pic - sad, I know).  We had a great day!

Out and about.

Some of the prettiness of GR.  Yes, it does exist.  When you drive into town, it may seem a bit run down, but that's because people made it that way.  The rest of it, that God made is just beautiful.  I'm grateful we get out and see it's beauty  here and there, there's lots to see.

I'm so glad my kids love to be out and enjoy it all too.

On the way home

The smoke from the fires was pretty thick.  We were amazed to see so much smoke on our whole three hour drive.  Sad.  So grateful for the rain!
We stopped at one of our favorite rest-stops - yes there are good and bad ones.  :)  Katelin needed a break to run around for a minute and see the fake train.  So we took a couple pics while we were at it.

Katelin had to pose it up in her Cowgirl hat and boots.  We had to trade in the boots Grandma and Grandpa Simmons got her for her birthday since they didn't fit.

And THEN, the kids got the camera in the car.  These are just a few of the MANY pics they took.
I thought I would spare us all and just add one of each of them that they took.  Hahaha!
